Most land development is driven by a simple question: “How do we make the most money?” What if this model was thrown out and instead the question was asked: “How do we impact the most people?” Or, “How do we reach the underserved?” What if the goal of development focused more about investment in people rather than solely trying to increase the return on capital investment?
